What is a Doula?
A Doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to a mother before, during and shortly after childbirth to help her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible. I will be your cheerleader!
The birth of your baby is a very private intimate event. My role is to work with your partner not exclude, intrude, or replace them.
What if giving birth was your greatest accomplishment instead of your biggest fear? As your Doula I will make sure you never feel alone throughout your labor and birth, I will help you make informed & empowering decisions for you and your baby. I will protect and hold space for you to stay focused and aware during one of the most exciting times in your life.You will never forget the birth of your child!
